Overall, we had a great experience! Check-in was quick and friendly. The room was big and had everything we needed. It wasn't super clean, and the room smelled pretty bad. I'd describe the smell as urin smell, but I hope that wasn't it! The breakfast was awesome! I loved the waffle maker. My husband loved the eggs and sausage! The pool was a wonderful refresher! Parking was possible right in front of the hotel, and the area seemed to be safe and quiet!
Stayed for a couple nights during the weekend... My room was spacious and super clean! Water/Shower pressure was great! Bed was comfy and super LARGE. Lots of closet space for my clothes. Ice machine works great...Very little noise... Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was filling with lots of choices. Well worth the money and will stay again.
Nice hotel, helpful and responsive staff, and comfortable rooms. I swear our bed slanted towards the head board. Something was off about it. The free breakfast was okay. Nothing was marked gluten free or dairy free, so ask and be careful. They did have almond milk as an option.
Great hotel close to Great Wolf Lodge, super clean rooms, ample paid $15 parking lot. Providing complimentary breakfast for all guests, a 24 hours small business center for all your printing needs, gym and pool. The employees are AMAZING specifically Micsha, she was the highlight of the stay, super friendly, great conversation, funny and elegantly beautiful. I am a Titanium member at Marriott, lowly Gold at Hilton but I was treated here like I was visiting royalty and that was hospitality and customer service at its best!
Michelle, the front desk clerk, was very helpful and nice. Our room was clean. The location was convenient; it was a two-minute walk to Talking Stick Casino. Topgolf was also a two-minute walk away. We enjoyed the breakfast. It was very good.
